At first our definition of responsive just meant answering our phones at almost all times, and addressing issues immediately.
Over the years our definition of Responsive grew to include understanding the specific needs of our clients and tailoring our services to address those needs. Today, we have come to consider Responsiveness as our Core Value, and its definition now includes being proactive in achieving the needs of our clients.
We still feel that we are the most Responsive to our customers needs and we have always considered it our Advantage. And yes we still answer our phones at almost all times.
